Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SavedMRR ("SavedMRR", "we") handles data when you use the free failed-payment scan. It is written to meet the GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil) transparency requirements.

Data we collect

• Aggregated Stripe metrics: sums and counts of failed, at-risk and recovered payments, decline reasons, card-expiry counts and estimated MRR, split by currency and month.
• A one-way hash of your Stripe account ID, to prevent duplicate scans.
• Your email address, only if you ask us to send the full report, plus your marketing consent choice and its timestamp.
• Technical data needed to run the service (for example IP address for rate limiting), not linked to your scan results.

We do not collect card data or any personal data about your customers. See Security for details.

Why we use it and legal basis

• Running the scan you requested and showing the results: legitimate interest and performance of the service you asked for.
• Emailing your report: your request.
• Product updates and early-access offers: consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Retention

• OAuth tokens: erased when the scan ends, at most one hour after connecting.
• Connection sessions: deleted after one day.
• Scan results without an email request: deleted after 30 days.
• Email and report: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Subprocessors

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and serverless functions), United States.
• Neon (managed Postgres database), United States.
• Resend (transactional email), United States.
• Stripe, Inc. (source of the data you authorize us to read).

Data is stored in the United States (AWS us-east-1). Transfers from the EU or Brazil rely on the subprocessors' standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Delete your results instantly from the results page, or email hello@savedmrr.company. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
